STANDING RULES
- The mileage allowance shall be $0.30 per
mile, effective 04/01/02. (2/23/02)
- Mileage expense shall be allowed for
meetings of the Retreat Committee.

- The Archivist-Historian shall maintain
the files at Concordia Theological Seminary in Fort Wayne, Indiana, as
needed, with expenses for mileage paid by the District. (8/11/90)
- A multi-guard insurance policy shall be
provided and reviewed annually.

- The Circulation Manager shall send Quarterlies
to societies who have retained their charters but are no longer

- Expenses shall be paid for an authorized
meeting of Vice-President – Conventions and Communications, the Good News
Editor, the Public Relations Director, the Circulation Manager, and the Webservant at the beginning of the biennium to review

- The district shall pay the expenses of
the district President for attending a meeting of each zone at least once
during the biennium. (11/19/81)
- The Executive Committee shall decide the
District Identification for LWML conventions. (11/01/84)
- The district shall pay lodging for
district LWML Board of Directors and committee members on the basis of
four (4) per room for all authorized meetings. (10/25/86)
- All information for voting shall be
provided in advance to convention delegates. The convention manual shall be picked up
at the convention. (2/27/10)
- The sale of items for profit at
convention booths shall be allowed, providing it supports a particular ministry
as authorized by the Executive Committee.

- Each special event may open its own
account and submit to the Financial Secretary the net proceeds with an
itemized report of income and expenses.
Copies of the report shall be sent to the President and Treasurer. (7/25/08)
- Expenses for the Young Woman
Representatives to attend the LWML Convention shall include mileage,
registration, housing, food, charm, and required activity. One (1) representative is to be from the
north and one (1) from the south regions of the district. (8/11/90)
- Elected and appointed officers of the
Indiana District LWML may submit vouchers for the registration fee to
attend the LWML convention.

- The district President and the Vice
President – Conventions and Communications shall sign the contract for the
convention facilities. (2/24/95,

- The district News and Notes shall
be published as often as requested by the District President. (7/25/08)
- The Recording Secretary is responsible
for sending a card in the case of sickness of a member of the Executive
Committee or a district Past President.
In the event of death of an Executive Committee member or district
Past President, a memorial of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) will be given
to the Scholarship Fund in her memory.

- The Executive Committee and the Good
News Editor are authorized to voucher one hundred dollars ($100.00) per year for use of
their own computer systems.

- The President and the Vice-President –
Conventions and Communications may have their membership, registration
fee, housing, housing, and travel to the Religious Conference Management
Association (RCMA) conference paid one time during their four (4)-year
